Many AT&T customers use their default homepage as a search tool, news source, and for account access. The existing platform was busy, outdated, and hard to navigate. Our solution was to create a smart portal tailored to the needs and interests of AT&T customers, simplifying the ability to access their account information as well as surfacing personalized media and news.
