Overview

Zillow covers 60% of the entire online real estate category, but newer entrants to the category have turned the company's once ownable value propositions into table stakes. We evolved Zillow’s experience to be the leading end-to-end destination for online home shopping. To make the daunting process of buying or selling a home feel easy, secure, and guided, we explored ways to make Zillow the blueprint for finding your future home.

We created an experience that’s simple to list and browse for homes, while also making it easy for users to understand if properties are right for them without even having to step foot inside. The search results and home browsing process feels comprehensive, yet easy to scan and get a sense of a property without having to dig too deep. At key points within the browsing process, we surfaced tools and guidance so that users can feel confident that they understand the information in order to confidently move forward.
